HARDIEFLEX SHEET
A smooth, flat panel for a timeless aesthetic. The applications for HardieFlex™ Sheet cover a wide range of design solutions for your home. HardieFlex Sheets are suitable for use in residential extensions, second story additions and gable ends. It can also be used to line porches, verandahs, carports and for soffits and eaves. One of the most economical solutions available HardieFlex is commonly used for board and batten style cladding. Don’t overlook the durability and sophistication for new construction as well. It is a natural, un-sanded sheet that is immediately suitable for a paint finish and the installation could not be easier. The panels make straight walls look sleek, clean and modern. Panels are finished with a site-applied, roll-on textured acrylic paint to achieve a subtle rendered texture look. EasyTex™ is a pre-primed fibre cement panel embedded with a fine texture to deliver a modern render design aesthetic. Each panel features a v-groove, ship lap joint along the two vertical edges. EasyTex panel is easy to install, resistant to cracking and lime staining, and comes ready to paint. EasyTex panel is suitable for use as an external wall cladding in residential single and medium density buildings, including alterations and additions, where a uniform broadwall cladding is required. It is ideal for full wrap or composite construction designs on either timber or light gauge steel framed buildings.

HARDIETEX SYSTEM
The original blue board for fibre cement rendered walls. Made by James Hardie for over 20 years, HardieTex™ base sheets are the original blue board. Strong and durable, the HardieTex System is a 7.5mm thick fibre cement base sheet that’s finished on site using a third-party texture coat system (which includes joint reinforcement). Ideal for residential homes and home extensions where a rendered look is required without the weight of masonry. Structural and scaffolding costs on second story builds and extensions are reduced by using HardieTex instead of heavy bricks as no bricklayer is needed – a typical requirement for a building rendered brick wall.

HARDIPLANK WEATHERBOARD
Wide weatherboards in smooth and woodgrain textures. HardiePlank™ is a no-fuss, 7.5mm thick fibre cement weatherboard with two woodgrain textures that are perfect for cost-effective home extensions. Able to be used to clad whole homes or as extensions to brick homes. HardiePlank woodgrain and HardiePlank smooth are wide board weatherboards which come in two widths (heights), 230mm and 300mm. For a more traditional look there are two narrow profile weatherboards: HardiePlank rusticated is a rough sawn textured narrow board with a rebate to deepen the overlapping shadow line.

A narrow weatherboard in 3 classic profiles. Available in 3 styles to match many heritage weatherboard homes, PrimeLine™ Weatherboards are a durable range of 9mm thick weatherboards for creating classic lines without the wonkiness of timber. The Primeline Chamfer profile has clean lines and comes in a double board height for fast installation. The Primeline Newport profile features narrow boards with a rebate to deepen the overlap shadow line, and is compatible with the HardieLock system for fast lap alignment. For extra shadow lines, Primeline Heritage weatherboard profile has a rebated edge and comes in double board height for fast installation.

Available in 89mm or 45mm widths and 19mm or 38mm thickness options, the depth of Axent Trim helps to create the impression of solidness and crisp clean edges. Ideal for edge treatment around window and door frames, as a finishing touch to cladding internal and external corners and a design enhancer for butt joints – Axent Trim won’t shrink, swell, warp or split like soft wood trims can. Use the 45 x 19mm trim as a vertical batten over HardieFlex sheet abutment joins.

EXOTEC FACADE PANEL AND SYSTEM
A compliant facade panel with expressed jointing system. Expertly designed for low rise, high rise and commercial building facades, fascia’s and soffits the ExoTec® Panel and System is a deemed-to-satisfy, non-combustible cladding system. Aesthetically, ExoTec is a smooth sanded compressed fibre cement (CFC) façade panel that works with a top-hat system to create geometric designs with 10mm express joints. The 9mm or 12mm thick panels are fully sealed on all sides, to reduce limit panel expansion, as well as being high impact resistant and durable. ExoTec can be fixed with concealed fasteners or purposefully exposed ones. For a custom look, it can be painted on-site with a wide range of acrylic textures or factory finished off-site in polyurethane or metallic colours.

COMTEX PANEL AND SYSTEM
Compliant monolithic rendered facade. Make inspiring designs a reality with ComTex™ Panel and System. A lightweight monolithic façade solution, ComTex provides creative freedom of form without being constrained by the weight of masonry construction. The 9mm thick panels are recessed along their two longer sides to facilitate the construction of concealed joints. Used with a top-hat fixing system on either timber or light gauge steel frames, ComTex is a lightweight method of construction and can reduce costly engineering details, structural beams and scaffolding associated with heavy masonry. The pre-primed panels are site-finished with a high build texture system that incorporates reinforced jointing and texture coating. When used in conjunction with fire resistant plasterboard, a fire rating of up to 2 hours can be achieved.

VILLABOARD LINING
The standard in bathroom wall sheeting for 50 years. Villaboard™ is a heavy-duty wall lining compared to plasterboard. Ideal for use in bathrooms and wet areas, if the waterproofing fails you can rest assure that Villaboard won’t. Resistant to damage from moisture, it won’t deform or lose its structural integrity which means fewer call backs and less costly rectifications. Villaboard also has incredible hanging power for tiles, hooks and fixings. With a tensile bond strength up to 75 per cent greater than wet area plasterboard, it can hold tiles with a maximum weight between 30 and 60 kg/m2 depending on the thickness of the tiles and Villaboard™ sheet used, ensuring expensive bathroom tiles are always secure – Please refer to the product installation guide for further information of maximum tile thicknesses and weights. Use it on walls and ceilings in bathrooms, laundries, kitchens and high-traffic areas, and even in multi-residential and commercial buildings.

The durable and elegant vertical joint (VJ) sheet panels. Create beautiful and stylish interior walls, ceilings, eaves and soffits with HardieGroove™ Lining – a durable fibre cement VJ sheet panel that gives the look of tongue and groove timber with the durability of fibre cement. The elegant, uniform panels are free of knots and won’t shrink or swell with moisture, unlike timber or craft wood VJ panels. Ideal for use in living areas, hallways and other high traffic areas, as HardieGroove is hard-wearing and resistant to damage from moisture it can also be used in kitchens, laundries and bathrooms (excluding showers). The V-grooves carved into the sheets are 2.5mm deep and spaced 100mm apart. The half groove edges create near invisible butt joins.

SECURA™ INTERIOR FLOORING
Scyon Secura™ interior flooring is a great option for wet areas such as bathrooms, as well as dry areas like bedrooms. Versatile, light and durable, Secura is dual function. While one side is designed for tiled applications and includes a sealant gap, the other side is perfect for vinyl or carpet applications where the tongue and groove joint is gapless. Secura also does away with the need for a vinyl underlay. Secura sheets have a moisture resistant sealer on all sides removing the need for waterproofing outside enclosed shower areas. It can be exposed to the elements for up to 3 months without warping or twisting or requiring sanding. Secura includes tongue and groove joins which can be secured with a nail gun, so there’s no need for pre-drilling and screwing.

SECURA™ EXTERIOR FLOORING
Structural flooring for tiled balconies made easy. While Traditional Compressed Fibre Cement (CFC) flooring is dense and a time-consuming installation, Secura™ exterior flooring sheets are lighter with tongue and groove joins. Pre-drilling and screwing is not required as they can be gun nailed, and underside mesh reinforcement provides extra strength and impact resistance. Sealed on all sides with an advanced polymer coating that helps adhesion and guards against moisture-related problems. Secura is great for tiled balconies and verandahs, providing extra peace of mind over particle board and plywood.
