PowerPanel50
The strong and solid panels contain steel reinforcing mesh with an anti-corrosion coating to maximise durability. They’re available in a range of common wall sizes up to 3000mm which helps reduce cutting and waste. PowerPanel50 is non-combustible and suitable for bushfire zones up to BAL (FZ). They easily achieve fire ratings. External Wall systems also offer good thermal and acoustic performance. Using PowerPanel50, Hebel intertenancy wall and dual zero boundary wall systems require minimal components. This simplifies ordering, logistics, workflow and quality control. They do not require fire-rated plasterboard between floor levels or in roof spaces. They do not require a multitude of fixings and different liners. The simplicity saves time and speeds up construction.

PowerPanel®
The strong AAC panels are reinforced with a single steel mesh or multi-layer mesh steel cage. They are lighter than bricks, and up to 75% lighter than precast concrete. They are available in common wall heights up to 4200m. To save time, reduce waste, and reduce cost they can be made-to-length or made-to-order up to 4800m.
PowerPanel Tongue & Groove can be installed vertically or horizontally. For corridor walls and intertenancy walls the panels are installed vertically. For service and shaft walls the panels are installed horizontally, which can be done to a height of 30 metres.
Hebel PowerPanels have Fire Resistance Level (FRL) ratings of -/90/90 minutes for walls up to 3.3 metres with single mesh panels. Or an FRL of -/120/120 minutes for walls up to 4.65 metres with PowerPanel caged.

PowerPanel+
The tongue and groove PowerPanel+ panels have a double layer of steel mesh known as “caged” steel reinforcing specifically designed for large panel sizes. Even the large panels are comparatively lightweight compared to precast concrete or concrete formed in situ.
The PowerPanel+ system consists of Hebel panels installed vertically or horizontally to steel or concrete structural framing as a non-load bearing wall. This provides a cost-effective solution, with lightweight panels allowing reduced structural components and smaller lifting equipment compared to concrete.

PowerFloor®
Hebel PowerFloor is a high-performance subfloor solution. The 75mm thick Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels are installed over joists in a similar way to tongue and groove cement sheet and particleboard flooring. However, they are more solid under foot and feel more like a concrete slab floor.
The AAC floor panels are almost four times thicker than conventional 19mm structural flooring. This makes Hebel PowerFloor squeak-free and provides high-performance acoustic and thermal insulation properties.
PowerFloor is simple to install. Carpenters can have the floor ready for finishes within 24 hours. Trades can also avoid weather delays since PowerFloor installation is not affected by wet or damp conditions.
The Hebel PowerFloor panels are non-combustible. The system has a Fire Resistance Level (FRL) of 90/90/90 minutes for a fire source above the floor.

PowerFloor+
Load-bearing and spanning up to 5.85m without floor framing or joists, PowerFloor+ is lightweight compared to a traditional concrete slab. Lighter loads achieved by using Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels helps reduce structural requirements like slabs, columns, and footings. Also, PowerFLoor+ is made to length resulting in less wastage.?
The PowerFloor+ system achieves excellent thermal performance, ensuring thermal ratings are easily met, and once finished it can be covered with a variety of commercial grade floor coverings, making it the ideal choice for commercial or apartment building floors.

PowerBlock®
PowerBlocks are 600 mm long. They’re available in 200, 250, 300 and 400 mm widths and thicknesses (heights) from 50mm to 300mm.
This impressive range of sizes makes Hebel PowerBlocks versatile. Larger sizes are used for load bearing external walls up to three storeys. There are also block sizes for non-load bearing interior walls, bathroom hobs and spas. Along with sizes for capping, windowsills and a custom PowerBlock for decoration that is 1200mm wide.
Not only do they satisfy National Construction Code (NCC) requirements, they satisfy homeowners too.

PowerShield®
PowerShield fire wall systems.
PowerShield is designed to withstand heat up to 1300oC with high fire resistance performance when exposed to Hydrocarbon fires caused by oil and gas. PowerShield can be exposed to the Hydrocarbon Modified (HCM) fire curve for 2 hours. The cellulosic fire resistance level (FRL) is from -/120/120 to -/240/240 minutes depending on the system.
PowerShield acoustic absorption wall systems.
PowerShield panels alone perform well as noise barriers. However, Hebel has a highly effective, tunable acoustic absorption wall system created by adding a second layer of AAC panels. PowerPanel is installed, using Top Hats, onto the side of the PowerShield wall which faces the noise. The PowerPanels are arranged like slats with a calculated horizontal and vertical air gap between them. Panel positions are adjusted to match the resonant frequency required by the project for optimum noise minimisation. They deliver a resonant frequency barrier under 150HZ, far lower than traditional alternatives.

PowerFence®
The Hebel PowerFence system features 75mm thick, steel-reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) panels. These modular panels are installed between steel posts with a specially designed PowerFence Bracket Set, allowing for quick and easy installation. This versatile, solid, and durable fencing solution requires no extensive excavation or strip footings like traditional brick fences. Hebel PowerFence is perfect for homes, multi-residential developments, low-rise apartments, and DIY projects.
As boundary fencing, Hebel PowerFence provides greater privacy than slat fences and acts as a noise barrier making them an excellent choice for reducing road noise.

SoundBarrier™
The SoundBarrier system can effectively reduce noise by up to 39 decibels. Being lightweight also creates cost-saving construction efficiencies. Like reducing crane sizes and simplifying deliveries to site.
The AAC panels are installed horizontally with galvanised steel I-beam columns in concrete pier foundations. There are two styles of installation. The SoundBarrier panels can be installed in between the I-beam columns making the vertical steel column visible. Or they can be installed against the columns using Zed plates. This hides the vertical columns to give a butt- joined horizontal panel look on the road side.
