ATS Building Products supply a full range of Formwork material – Formply, Formwork LVL, CD Ply, LVL Edgeboard and other formwork products, systems & accessories. Certified to Australian Standards with full Chain of Custody certification.
ATS Formply is a premium formwork product certified to AS6669.2016 (plywood formwork) AS/NZS 2269.0.2012 (plywood structural specification). ATS Formply Plywood is widely used across Australia by leading builders. Durable and consistent, we carry the highest strength rating LVL’s in the market. All Formwork LVL beams come with chamfered edges so they’re easy to handle. Providing builders and formworkers with a better product.
Also available is Australian made Formply, high-quality plywood panel produced predominantly from graded Eucalyptus hardwood and or combination with softwood veneers. Manufactured to AS/NZS 6669 and holds EWPAA and PEFC CoC certification.
ATS Steel Decking is an effective, durable and permanent metal formwork product providing fast and efficient application of suspended concrete slabs. ATS Steel Decking offers excellent spanning capabilities, high composite strength and minimal deflection.

Formwork Material
ATS Formply
ATS Formply is widely used across Australia by leading builders, a premium building product fully certified to AS6669:2016 (plywood-formwork) and AS/NZS 2269.0:2012 (plywood-structural-specifications). Quality material that was used in the building of Barangaroo and the Sydney Convention Centre in Darling Harbour.
Overall density 630 – 650kg/m3 and it comes in two sheet dimensions:
- Available in 1800 x 1200 x 17mm, 2400 x 1200 x 17mm
- Custom dimensions are available upon request as are other stress grades.
- Stress grade F14, F17 , F22 and F27. Other grade available on request
- Surface finish class 2 on both sides.
- Bending formply available in 2400x1200x5mm, 2400x1200x9mm. Film face one side only.
Australian made TPly Formply
TPly Formply is manufactured in Tasmania to AS/NZS 6669 and holds EWPAA and PEFC Chain of Custody certification. Produced from 100% renewable Tasmanian log resource certified under PEFC Chain of Custody.
Australian Formply is a high quality plywood panel produced predominantly from graded Eucalyptus hardwood and or combination with softwood veneers. These are glued with phenol formaldehyde resin and overlaid with a hard durable resin impregnated paper to give concrete a smooth finish. With a durable A-Type marine bond, it’s hard phenolic surface and high-quality hardwood outer veneers make it durable and reusable when used in conjunction with good practice use of plywood for formply. Providing builders and formworkers with a better surface for pouring concrete and offers a class 2 finish on the first pour (when used in accordance with AS 3610 recommendations). Available in F17 & F22.
ATS Steel Decking
ATS300 is a cold formed section manufactured from Australian steel. It is an efficient and durable permanent metal formwork product. Advantaged of ATS Steel Decking.
- 300mm strip width making it easy to transport and handle with less cut-off.
- Interlocking ribs for quick installation and reduced deflection.
- Rolled formed from G550 Steel for high strength and good bonding with concrete and reduce steel reinforcement usage.
- Flat Soffit finish is visually pleasing, easy to clean and plaint, and easy bolting to Soffit.
- Permanent Formwork with minimal propping and no stripping of formwork required.
- Coating class Z350 (350g/m2 of zinc) provides good resistance against corrosion.
- Available 0.75 and or 1.00 mm Base Metal Thickness (BMT).
